By accessing or using FreeIQ (free-iq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Service Description
FreeIQ provides an online cognitive assessment designed for educational and entertainment purposes. The assessment evaluates cognitive abilities across multiple domains including logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, spatial reasoning, and verbal comprehension.
Important: FreeIQ is NOT a clinical, diagnostic, or professionally administered IQ test. Results are approximations based on psychometric principles and should not be used for clinical diagnosis, educational placement, employment decisions, or any other professional purpose.
Payment Terms
The cognitive assessment is free to take. A one-time payment of $1.00 USD is required to access your detailed results report, which includes your IQ score, cognitive domain breakdown, percentile ranking, and personalized insights.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Due to the digital nature of the product, which is delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Email and Results
Your results are tied to the email address you provide. No account creation is required. Results are accessible via a unique, secure link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.
Intellectual Property
All content on FreeIQ, including but not limited to assessment questions, scoring algorithms, design elements, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of FreeIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
IQ scores and cognitive assessments provided by FreeIQ are approximations for educational and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. FreeIQ shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on assessment results.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit assessment content or questions
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or methodology
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
